This service generates tenancy documents from information you upload and review. Documents are produced self-serve from your inputs. You are responsible for verifying all details before use.

A tenancy agreement should be stamped within 30 days via LHDN (STAMPS) to be admissible as evidence. This service does not perform stamping or provide legal advice.
